Simon Williams is an experienced and well-regarded mediator of property and commercial disputes. He is a Fellow of the Civil Mediation Council and recommended as a leading mediator in the current edition of the Legal 500.

Remote Mediation
Whilst Simon would usually encourage parties to a mediation to be in the same building for the duration of the process, there are circumstances where this may not be convenient, for example where the parties are located far apart or travel to a mediation is otherwise difficult/expensive. This does not mean that mediation cannot take place.
Using the online platform Zoom, Simon will lead you through the process as if you were face to face with him and, where appropriate, the other party or parties to the dispute.
